Hey all,

I came across this new launch in Hyderabad’s Financial District called “Nova by Raghava” and the EOI has just started. I’m seriously considering putting in an EOI, but there are a handful of things that are making me rethink. I posted what I know so far; if anyone has more updates, documents, please share. 

Here’s what I gathered:

1) Land parcel: ~ 7.02 acres

2) 2 towers, very high rise concept (62 floors) with skydeck, interconnecting bridges

3) Premium 3 BHK units, size range ~ 1,900 – 2,500 sqft

4) “Special price” (promotional) ₹ 8,599 +++ per sqft

5) Payment/loan option: 20:80

6) Located in Hyderabad’s Financial District

7) Developer: Raghava Group
